The 18th annual London Fiddle Convention will take place on Sunday 21 February 2010 at Cecil Sharp House, one of London's premier folk venues.

Workshops 1.00pm – 2.20pm  and   4.00pm  --  5.20pm

 

Tutors’ Concert 2.40pm – 3.40pm Open to all Workshop participants

The fiddle contest at 6:00 PM. In two categories  -  Up to 18 and over 18
Open to all comers.  Entrants should play for a maximum of
Five minutes – any piece(s), any style, either solo or with own accompaniment.

The evening concert begins at 8:00 PM  Guests will include Graham Clark, Pete Cooper, Robin Gillan, Chris Haigh, Emese Hruska, Karen Ryan, Bob Winquist, and others, plus Richard Bolton (guitar) and Bernard O’Neill (bass).
